· Guests use the pool at their own risk.

· Please supervise children at all times.

· Please do not use bath towels around the pool.

· Please do not use glasses in or around the pool.

· Please do not dive into the pool.

· Please do not change any of the valve settings or the timer setting in the pumphouse as this could cause a great deal of damage and/or flood the property.

· Please do not throw small objects into the pool eg toys, stones, sticks etc as these can block the filter and cause problems

· The pool will be cleaned weekly and during the summer months it will get an additional check up.

· Please do not use the pool without first showering. Sun cream causes the pool to go green very quickly and can result in the pool being out of action for a few days, whilst it is cleaned.

· If excess sun cream has been used and the pool goes green there will be a charge of 30 euros to cover the costs of cleaning the pool. Depending on the condition the pool could be out of use for up to three days.

· To help avoid the above please contact us if you notice any change in the colour of the pool water. The main things to look out for are: water going cloudy (not crystal clear), water going green, bottom and sides of pool going green, pump does not seem to be working, water level has dropped

· As the pool is outdoors grass and leaves will blow in to the pool. This is totally unavoidable and the pool is still safe to use.
